I should probably start making supper now since my parents are due home in about 20 minutes but whatever. I'll do it after this.
So my summer's been pretty mellow so far. I've volunteered at a summer camp for kids at the university here. It was exhausting but actually surprisingly fun. I have two other camps to do afterwards.
I can't draw anything lately, nothing comes out right (lol what a surprise, not like you've never heard that one) and my art sucks. Aharharharhar. Very lovely.
I have some art trades and shit already lined up but since my drawings and sketches and shit is actually shit, I am unmotivated to do any shit, with includes being productive and shit.
We just got a new tv, it's like... I forget how many inches. 50 something? or was it 60? Anyways, it's motherfucking huge and I love it. I have Discovery HD and National Geographic now so I can just lounge around being a lazy shit and watching my documentaries. omnomnomnomnnom.
I still haven't gotten my school marks yet.
I'm going to go see HP; HBP tonight and I am... excited. I'm going to the movie as a generic Ravenclaw backdrop student, huzaaaaaaaaah.
on an actually semi-important note...
~cooneyes and I want to get some peeps together. We want a day this summer where we have like, a gathering of cosplayers (freaks), anime lovers, whatever the shit, here in Corner Brook. Because I live on a rock, and because it is a rock, we have no conventions. There are not a lot of people that are very into animu and Japanophile shit.
So.
I was wondering if anyone near the vicinity of Corner Brook, NL would be interested. It's not a con, it's just like a small (or large, depending on how many people show up) group gathering of cosplayers and such for a day of fun. And by fun I mean taking whorey pictures of ourselves, making stupid jokes, running around the park like idiots, etc etc.
